How do I register for the race?

You can register online or in person at packet pickup or on race day. But, act fast! The sooner you register, the lower your registration fee!

Can I register on race day or at packet pickup?

Yes, you can.

Do you take credit cards on race day?

Yes, we will accept credit cards and cash on race day and at packet pickup. No checks, please.

Is there packet pickup before the race?

Yes. You have three different opportunities to pickup your packet. On Thursday, November 9th, you can purchase a $15 ticket in advance via our registration page or a $20 ticket at the door of Marina Cantina for our VIP Pre-Race Party. You can picket up your packet and enjoy a buffet meal and one free drink included in your Party ticket. Other packet pickup locations will be at our Coachman Park Race Expo on Friday, November 10th from 12:00 - 5:00 PM or the day of the race from 6:00 - 7:45 AM. 

Can I pick up my packet on race day?

Yes, we will have packet pickup available on race day from 6:00 - 7:45 AM.

Can I pick up another runner's packet for them or can someone else pick up my packet for me?

Yes, but you must bring a copy of their photo ID. This can either be a paper copy or a picture of it on your phone.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my race packet?

All you need is a photo ID. If you are picking up another runner's packet, please bring a copy of their photo ID as well.

Where do I park on race day? Is there a fee to park?

Downtown Clearwater offers several free and paid parking options. For more information on where to park for the race, please, click here. Remember, be sure to get to the race EARLY to secure a good parking spot!

What time does the race start?

The half marathon will start at 7:00 AM, the 5K will start at 7:30, and the 1 mile fun walk will start at 7:45 AM.

Will this be a chip timed race?

Yes, we will have bib chip timing

Are the courses certified?

Yes, our courses are USATF certified.

Will you have water stations, aid stations, and portalets on the course?

Yes. Please, right click and save our half marathon and 5K map!




Where can I find my race results and pictures?

We will post links to your race results and pictures on our "Results and Pictures" page and on social media and email.

Will you have a photographer?


Will there be finisher medals?

Yes, we will have finisher medals for every distance.



Will there be food at the finish line?

Of course! Post-race food and drinks will be provided by Clear Sky on Cleveland, The Original Crabby Bill's, Chili's, and J.J. Taylor. 

What are the awards and age group breakdowns?

For both the Half Marathon and 5K, our age group awards are: Overall Male, Overall Female, Masters Male, Masters Female, 10 - Under, 11 - 14, 15 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70+

When is the award ceremony and where is it held?

The award ceremony will be held at Coachman Park following the race.

What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration fee includes a chip timed racing bib, a dri-fit t-shirt, a finisher medal, swag bag, post-race food and fun!

Is there an age limit for younger runners?

Yes, you must be 12 years of age or older to sign up for the half marathon. There is no age limit for the 5K or 1 mile fun walk.

Can I run/walk with a stroller and my kids?

Yes! We welcome families to run/walk the race together. If you are running the half marathon, we do not recommend you participating in that distance with a stroller. For the safety of the other runners, please start in the back to cross the start line.

Can I run with my dog?

Yes, you can. If you are running the half marathon, we do not recommend you participating in that distance with your dog. For the safety of the other runners, please start in the back to cross the start line.

Is this race walker friendly?

Yes! We specifically have a 1 mile fun walk distance for those that are looking to participate. Our walkers are also welcomed to sign up for our 5K distance.

Do I need to be a fast, super athlete/runner to participate?

Of course not! Whether this is your first half marathon or 100th 5K, we welcome athletes of all levels. We offer three distances - half marathon, 5K and 1 mile fun walk - for participants to challenge themselves at their own pace!

I am no longer able to participate on the day of the race. Can I transfer my registration to someone else or get a refund?

While we do not offer refunds, but you can transfer your registration to another runner.

Will the race be cancelled or postponed due to bad weather? What is the refund policy?

While we do not offer refunds, you can transfer your registration to another runner. If you are worried about finishing the half marathon within a certain time, we recommend signing up for the 5K or 1 mile fun walk.

Can we bring friends or family to cheer us on?

Of course! Have them cheer at the start/finish line or along the designated sidelines of the race course.
